in india if that amount of money spend on the ipl  and player make effort in ipl in huge way and ipl is most  popular legue in the world   

in india lots of money spend on the cricketer as compare to yhe other country cricketer but in the icc 

tournament india not win the trophy since 2013

in indian cricket selector not pick the capable or talented cricketers in team.

 player like kl ,axar ,rohit select which not consistent .

many player spend there whole life in ranji dilip or ipl but not pick in team like jaffer 

many of the new player come in line like rahul tripathy,sarfaraj khan ,yashashvi jaishwal but never pick in team the question arise on the selector
