throor  do  his  schooling  in  Kerala  and  the graduation  in  Maharashtra  then  goes  abroad  for  

 higher     study     after        that              he       join   the        Ph.D

 he also contribute in foreign affair then he join the national congress party through that he become foreign minister and make India in good or all the world know their speech in oxford university and the world 'loot' that they include in British dictionary .

he also become good public speaker in many language .
